Christian Education in North Tulsa

Welcome To Crossover Prep
Women's Division

At Crossover, education happens within a culture of care. Students live out our motto, “We show we are sisters by our love,” daily through their actions and support of one another.

Our faculty holds students to high academic and behavioral standards because we believe they can achieve everything God has purposed for them to accomplish, and we refuse to lower the standard. Within this sisterhood, students learn they can do hard things through Christ who strengthens them.

The Pearl Project

The Freshman girls spend their 9th Grade year working on 1 Timothy 2 Project. Students complete both mandatory and self-directed achievements and tasks such as volunteering, physical activities, academic accomplishments, budgeting, leadership roles, etc. Over the year, they earn 31 pearls, representing their good deeds and successes, to string onto a necklace of their own. This culminates in the Crossover Woman Retreat, where students are officially recognized as Crossover Women and receive new privileges and greater independence.

Daily Convocation

Each school day at Crossover begins with Convocation—a sacred time where Crossover women, young women, and staff come together for worship, Scripture, announcements, and encouragement. This daily tradition establishes the spiritual foundation for the day, uniting the community under a shared mission: to reflect Christ in thought, word, and action. More than just a routine, Convocation is a call to character, sisterhood, and purpose, inspiring every young woman to embody the values of a Crossover Woman—living out her faith boldly in the classroom, in the community, and beyond.

Student Leadership

Leadership at Crossover isn’t just a title—it’s a transformative journey. Through our student leadership program, Crossover women are equipped to lead by example in academics, conduct, service, and spiritual life. Opportunities such as serving as Team Leaders, peer mentors, or discipleship leaders allow students to guide others while growing in responsibility and influence. Leadership roles are earned through trust and demonstrated character, not popularity, ensuring that each position reflects the values of integrity and service.

At Crossover Prep, leadership is a training ground where young women develop real-world skills like initiative, communication, and collaboration. More than representatives, Crossover women are culture shapers—called to reflect Christ and uphold the values that define our community, both within the school and in the broader mission to love and serve North Tulsa.

Accountability Groups

At Crossover, we believe true womanhood is nurtured through community and accountability. What sets us apart is our commitment to walking alongside our young women as they grow into their full potential. Through our 4A Standard—Attitude, Academics, Attendance, and Activities—we set high expectations, but we don’t leave our students to navigate them alone.

Our accountability groups are a cornerstone of this approach, creating a unique space where young women can reflect, share, and grow together. These groups are more than just check-ins; they are a place of encouragement, honest conversations, and mutual support. When challenges arise, we respond with truth, grace, and restoration, always focusing on building character rather than simply enforcing rules.

At Crossover, discipline is not about punishment—it’s about growth. Through these intentional relationships and systems of support, our young women learn to take ownership of their actions and embrace accountability as a pathway to maturity. This is what makes Crossover so unique: a loving community that equips young women to reflect Christ in every aspect of their lives.
